Explore Armenia's capital, Yerevan, and learn about the city's illustrious history, heritage, and culture. We begin our tour with a visit to Erebuni's museum and the ruins of the ancient fortress-city, which dates back to the 8th century BC. We then proceed to the Tsitsernakaberd memorial on our way to the Cascade, a massive limestone stairway that connects Yerevan's downtown area to the Monument neighborhood. We'll have a beautiful view of the city and the gardens at the bottom of this "Stairway to Heaven" as we reach the top.

Visit two of Armenia's most popular historical landmarks, the Garni Fortress Complex and the Geghard Monastery, to experience antiquity like never before.

The tour begins in Garni, where we see the city's old stronghold complex, which dates from the 3rd to 2nd centuries BC. Its crowning glory, a surprisingly well-preserved temple about 2000 years old, stands magnificently atop this cliff-perched fortification. We then head to nearby Geghard, a UNESCO-listed medieval monastery surrounded by cliffs and partially carved out of the adjacent mountain.
