Required Documents

•       The passport must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of exit from the Schengen area, and it must have two blank pages on the opposing sides

•       Recent color passport photograph (35–45mm in width), no more than 6-months old

•       UAE residence visa – minimum 6 months from the date of submission of your visa application

•       Copy of bank statement, for the last 6 months

•       Original letter from employer stating employment status, position, length of contract and salary

Supporting Documents

•       Copy of travel arrangements (Preliminary flight booking, not paid or confirmed)

•       Hotel reservation/accommodation is requested for applicants who will not be living with the reference

•       A Travel insurance & Medical insurance valid for all Schengen countries and worth a minimum of EURO 30000

•       Copy of the company trade license (if the applicant is the owner of the company)

•       Birth certificate in English is required to be submitted at the time of submission for children below 18 years of age

•       Appendix Form Please be informed that this form is required along with all visa application forms
