03Nights/04Days
Kazakhstan’s biggest city, Almaty, is almost reminiscent of Europe
with its leafy avenues, chic cafes, glossy shopping centres and hedonistic
nightlife. The city certainly has a spectacular beauty, whether it was the
Garden of Eden, and is in the foothills of the Trans-Ili Ala-Tau in the extreme
southeast of Kazakhstan. The backdrop of mountains against the taller buildings
makes a dramatic and impressive sight and was the centre for the Asian Winter
games in January 2011.

center to its highest point and drink coffee in the highest bar in the CIS.
Time to explore the resort which is open all
year round. Even in the warm season, when the mountains are no longer suitable
for skiing, you can find a lot of interesting things here. The resort offers
such extreme sport activities as riding a buggy, cycling down the mountain, a
rope park, paragliding and the Chimba mountain children’s camp.
Return back to the city and explore the 28
Panfilov Guardsmen Park - In memory of the fallen heroes during the Second
World War. Now on the territory of the park are located the famous Ascension
Cathedral, the monument to Panfilov Heroes, the Eternal Flame, the Museum
of Kazakh folk musical instruments, the Artichoke Theatre and
several restaurants. During the day in the park, you can ride ponies, feed
pigeons and just have a nice walk along coniferous alleys and mysterious shady
paths.

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Oi-Qaragai
Lesnaya Skazka, one of Kazakhstan's most picturesque locations, 30 kilometres

and you may also participate in activities such as horseback riding, zip
lining, rope parks, and cable car.
After lunch, take the cable car up Kok Tobe
Hill to get a bird's-eye view of Almaty. You can choose between riding a
roller coaster, seeing a miniature zoo, and going souvenir shopping while
appreciating the views.
